It is a great shot. You need more light if you want sharper pictures. Your camera is trying to compensate by slower shutter speed, high ISO. Grab a silver car shade and reflect done extra light on t your subject. Also try adjusting your white balance. The photo looks a tad warm, too. Really great job.
