A beautiful road like this can be pretty lonely for some...

That road can be filled by accepting JESUS into your heart! When my road was lonely with nothing at the other end, the LORD JESUS opened my eyes and I accepted HIM in my heart, and HE changed lonely into beauty and rescued me!

A new year to come, with a new road to explore, with my most favorite people in the world! 

I thank all of you who read my blog and all who encouraged me to take 365 pictures this past year! I'm ready for another year of awesome!

It's amazing how slow it takes to get here, and how fast it goes away! I know people embrace the LORD JESUS and remember the REAL reason for CHRISTmas! My advise...It doesn't have to go away so fast! You can have have HIM every single day of your life!!!!! HE is always here, HE always wants you, and HE loves you soooo much! 

CHRISTmas time for The Novack's IS a reminder of JESUS' birth, but never do we have to wait for it to come in our home! HE'S always in our home...You know, that warm fuzzy feeling of Love, you had on CHRISTmas morning, it doesn't have to go away...I encourage you to continue remembering the real meaning of CHRISTmas and find our more about CHRIST in the Bible, and you can have the warm fuzzy feeling of Love every day of your life!!

If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you...John 15:7

May the KING of the world bless each and every one of you! HE truly lives and loves us so much!!!!

Ask HIM to come live in your heart...And then HE, and only HE, will change your life and transform you into HIS magnificent image, so that you may live eternally with HIM!! 

JESUS is HIS name, HE died on the cross for you, and rose again 3 days later!  

Believe it!

No other god has EVER done that or can!!

No other god has defeated death!

No other god would shed their blood for you!!

No other god is alive!

No other god can dwell in your heart!

No other god could ever match up to our KING JESUS, who deserves all Honor, all Praise, and all Worship!

Put your trust in HIM this CHRISTmas season, and I promise,  you will never be the same...HE will fill your life beyond what you think you could  imagine...HE will fill you with overwhelming JOY & PEACE that nothing or no one could ever take it away...

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace......Isaiah 9:6

Just a perfect day today! Got to worship JESUS with my BFF today...I love you Kim! Had a yummy lunch...
Nothing fancy, just went to Smash Burger and had the BEST burger of my life!!!! Mushroom, swiss, avacado burger on an egg bun...YUMMMM! Had some sweet fellowship, came home tried to bokeh (lol) then finished the day off having hot chocolate with my sweet, most loving lovable boys!!  Thank you JESUS for blessings I truly do not deserve...

Wow, wow, wow!!!! Did I say wow?  These photos are from a  replica of the Old Testament Tabernacle here in Las Vegas...We went on a family field trip today and we were all blown away...Including my boys...Trinity is not quite there yet, but she will be one day...Ha! Anyway, this was so educational and so awesome! I can't say enough about it...Everything, everything, everything in the Tabernacle points to JESUS!! Every item you see, every color, every foot, every inch, every texture, every shape, every rope, every entrance/exit, every animal, every person, EVERYTHING,  represents JESUS!! HE is everywhere, all the time, in everything, since the beginning...  HE'S even in us!!

A promise to all you little girls out there....I know it's a little soon, but if you happen to be lookin for an awesome husband consider a Novack!! Know this, they will be raised up in the LORD, and they will bless you as they soooo bless me...
I love my Matthew with Trinity our foster daughter (hopefully adoptive daughter) feeding her...He begged me to let him...He was a proud big brother....I obviously had to fade out Trinity's face because of identity rules...
And in the other room...My sweet Mikey....Believe it or not, he loves doing the dishes...Praise JESUS for that cause I hate doing the dishes...

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it....Proverbs 22:6

Our tradition for the 2nd year in a row, as always, was awesome! We celebrate Thanksgiving the day before, so that we can serve as a family on Thanksgiving Day...We deep fried 2 turkeys..Yum!! Everyone else brought everything else...It was a piece of cake I tell ya! We had the best time with our family and friends...Truly, it was a blessing...I don't have any good pictures because a lot came out blurry or dark...

I need a flash for my camera I tell ya! 

So today was just as glorious!! We woke up, relaxed, and started to get ready for our day to serve GODS precious people...You know, just for the record, serving people you might shun away from, or think might be to dirty to talk to, or smell for that matter, really opens your eyes to the impact of what CHRIST did for us on that cross!!! It truly humbles me to hand over a meal to someone in need...Dirt or no dirt, smell or not smell, we're all stained, and need HIS Blood!! 

It blessed my heart as we prepared the meals as a family today....My boys wrote on pieces of paper "JESUS CHRIST loves you"...They came up with the idea of writing JOHN 3:16 on the back...You can see their little handwriting in the photo above (so cute!)...We wrapped the meals in cellophane so that that would be the first thing the homeless would see when they grabbed the meal...Such a precious time with our family...I love this new tradition, thanks to my hubby!!

After that, my in-laws had invited us to dinner at this awesome steak house inside the Circus-Circus..Again, I had a lot to eat...I'm stuffed like a turkey I tell ya! I'm sure you can all relate...It was a sweet, sweet time as we rolled our stuffed selves home...Ha!!

As I meditate in awe of the LORD this Thanksgiving, my mind races as I think of the hundreds, no thousands of blessings I have, we ALL have...I came to the conclusion that none of these blessings in my life would not be possible without CHRIST!!  As my husband and I prepared for our Wednesday night Thanksgiving he asked me, "Did you ever think in your party days, you would be married 10 years, with 2 awesome boys, and  in love with JESUS?" I looked over at him not able to speak...My eyes well up with tears thinking about my past, I couldn't get the words out...I think of HIS Holiness, and cannot grasp the depths of why HE loves me so much...

Still no words are coming out, and now my husband's eyes well up with tears...We smile at each other in awe of the Holiness of CHRIST...In tears of joy, we hug, and praise JESUS for HIS Love for us...I type in tears right now thinking about how glorious HE is, and how much HE LOVES ME!! How much HE LOVES US!! 

Truly friends, HE is life changing! The depth of HIS Love can't be explained...I try my hardest as I type my blog posts...I even try to explain it verbally...But I can't, it's a feeling I've never felt before...The apostle Paul wrote in  

1 Corinthians 2:9: "However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him".

No one! And I'm only experiencing a piece of it...

It's was...Another night of yumminess with  friends...You already know my BFF, well, right next to her is my friend Christine...She's another super mom I know...She has 2 girls and just had the most BEAUTIFUL twin boys!! Seriously, they are so adorable, you just want to nibble on every inch of them...I actually got invited last minute, and I'm so glad I did...We had a sweet night of fellowship and as always we left with full bellies...

Perspective…Hmmm…So many different perspectives, but I think we can all agree there is a need…I post these pictures to encourage you this Christmas season, to look at the perspective of our lives in comparison to others…

I don’t send this post or pictures out, by any means, to make anyone feel bad… I send this out because it encouraged me when I saw it to continue on this Christmas season to share CHRIST for those who need CHRIST and HIS Love…I’ve always said, people tend to be a little kind, a little nicer, and a little humbled around this Christmas season…Why is that?

Let’s face it, no matter who you are, where you are in your walk with JESUS, or not in a walk with JESUS at all, YOU have been made by HIM and everything about HIM is in you whether you worship HIM or not! We are not kinder, nicer, and a little humbled because of ourselves, it’s because we are made in HIS image (Genesis 1:26) and it comes out ONLY through the power of HIS HOLY SPIRIT! So don’t believe for a minute that it’s us by any means!!  Give the Glory to the ONE who deserves it, and make a change in someone’s life this Christmas season… Please!

The LORD has put many things on my heart, and I would like to share with you what we are doing in the Novack home this Christmas season…If you would like to join me, help me, donate, ANYTHING, I can promise you, it will change someone’s life…It might be a big change, it might be a small change, but I can tell you it will bless them!! 

I was going to say I needed Bibles donated, BUT my friend’s husband was on a job site here in Vegas and a hotel was “THROWING OUT BIBLES”, so he took them instead…Now I have Bibles to give out…Funny, how sin city tried to throw GODS Word out in the trash!! People have been trying to throw GODS Word out in the trash for thousands of years….HE lives, you can’t do it!!! HA! 

Ok, here are some of my needs for now… I’m going to be working very closely with a few women’s shelters here in Vegas…Obviously, they will get a Bible if they want one…I also would like for them to have this book a friend of mine wrote…You HAVE to read it…I just started it a few days ago and can’t put it down…Here is the link if you want to purchase it for yourself…

I am looking for donations for this because I really think the ladies in the shelter, that I’ll be working with, could totally relate to her remarkable story…Any amount will do because she can get the book for cost since, well, she wrote it, and she needs the money for printing the book from the publishing company…Just because she wrote the book doesn’t mean she is rich…It cost money to write a book… Trust me, she is not in it to get rich, just win souls… Anyway, 50% of her proceeds go back to the LORD...

Next, I’m going to have a Christmas breakfast at one of the shelter’s so I will need people to either donate money to purchase the food and/or make something (we have a menu)…The last need I have (for now) is, one of the shelter’s said their need for the month was bath wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc…Any kind of hygiene products will do…They have about 80+ women in this particular shelter and I would like to fill that need by next weekend…You can buy it and send it to me, hand it to me, donate what you have from home, whatever! They will take it and it will bless them….

 So please, if the LORD puts it on your heart to donate ANY or all of the needs I have listed, please contact me, and I will get back to you personally to give you more details on how to bless someone this Christmas season!! If the LORD puts it on your heart to donate anything in your area, do it!  If you don’t feel anything from the LORD, do it anyway, HE commands us too!!

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world….James 1:27

Yummmmmyyyyyy! I love Sushi and so do these friends...Any of the friends I normally hang around do not like Sushi...So it's never on the menu when going out to dinner...BUT, these friends do!! It's funny, when you find out someone likes Sushi. you feel a sense of gitty-ness inside, almost like a secret crush...You look into the person's eyes and your secretly exchanging ideas in your head as to WHEN can we eat the Sushi together!

So at first i think it was assumed we would eat almost as if it was a tea party, you know, pinky up kind of style...But when we discussed all the Sushi we could share if we did the "all you can eat" option that pinky deal flew out the window! Ha!  I said, I wanted to eat like a pig, but no one seemed to like that type of animal...We kept shooting animal names back and forth and came up with, "eat like a dog & eat like a shark...We now call ourselves "The Dog-Sharks."  I know sounds corny, but I can't tell you how hard we laughed all night long...I think it was the Sushi...Ha!  Thanks for a great time Friends....Love you!

I can't believe I'm going to admit this, but my husband looks HORRIBLE!!! I don't know what the heck it is that he is smashing his nose up against, but it was at my friend Rachel's house...Out of nowhere my husband turned around in the middle of a conversation with that up against his nose...We busted up!!!

 I'm a little late with sharing my boys' costumes at our Harvest festival...I was to busy taking care of my girl, watching my boys and fellowshipping with my friends to take any pictures of our festival...You might say my boys dressed up as Army guys, but that's not correct...They were "spec ops"- translation: "Special Operations"...What that means I'm not quite sure...But I do know if I just say, "Aww Army guys" I get in trouble...LOL...They truly are a team...

This was just tonight...2 hours of burning about 40lbs of paper! I can't believe I had that much...Never again! 

Of course, the night wouldn't of been awesome without roasting marsh mellows...I showed the boys how I use to make taffy out of the marsh mellow with my fingers...Is that a New York thing or an old school thing?  Do people still do that?  It's kind of messy, but fun..

10 Years of Wonderful-Happy Anniversary to us!!

Seriously friends, it really has been 10 years of wonderful!! I am married to the most awesome, awesome, sweetest, loving guy in the world...I am more in love with him today than I was yesterday, a month ago, a year ago, 10 years ago...Our marriage gets stronger and stronger as we both grow in the LORD....I tell you this, if it wasn't for our love for JESUS, this marriage wouldn't be as awesome as it has been...I can remember times of wanting to blow up or flesh out, as I call it, but, because I love my GOD so much, I didn't...Most of the time...HA! The LORD has taught me, transformed me, tested me and guided me through this marriage in every way, I give all the thanks and the glory to HIM! And so would my husband...

Friday the 28th was the actual day...We got married on my mommy's birthday and my sweet, dear friend Christine's birthday...I remember my wedding day, simple, but wonderful...I knew the day I got married it would be forever...We celebrated together with an awesome dinner...I told everyone what day it was for us, and they all smiled...One woman was not surprised at the 10 year, but surprised how much we were smiling...We did have more planned, but somehow just made it to dinner...I look forward to celebrate more with my man soon...

I wanted to share all of this, well, because that's what I do...But mostly, to share that JESUS and HIS Word changed my life!! Even though my marriage has not suffered painsaking hardship, I wanted to share that if your marriage needs restoring, uplifting, joy, happiness, etc. then turn and trust in the LORD and HIS WORD! You will be blown away by HIS Love, Peace, Joy, Mercy and GRACE!!!!

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres...1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Birthday celebration #2...Out with my Vegas B.F.F.'s...One B.F.F is missing, you know who you are...KIM!!! We missed you...I love our different hair colors, it makes us look so unique, yet we are one Spirit....Off to get pedicures............

I know these are a bit dark, but still had to post...We were the only ones in the pedicure place so all attention was on us...Those rocks were awesome...The lady heated them up, and massaged our legs with them...It felt sooo good...The pedicure lady said we could do this ourselves and that Vegas is filled with these rocks...All you need to do is grab a rock from outside on a hot summer day,  put some oil on them and rub away...

Off to dinner......

Apparently, PF Changs knew we were coming...I've never eaten there before...I was so excited and glad my B.F.F's had some experience on what to order...I wanted to have the full on PF Changs experience..I ordered that bowl of soup for myself thinking it was a normal bowl...We all shared it, obviously...That chicken dish at the bottom was pretty awesome too...We actually ordered 2 more entree's, but I forgot to take a picture...It was the Mongolian Beef and the other dish was shrimp with walnuts and honeydew....That shrimp one was my favorite...Up top over there are these little shot glass desserts...I picked the red velvet...It was the perfect size after stuffing your face...Last but not least, my fortune cookie message...

It reads, "someone new is coming into your life to the benefit of you both". Hmmm, I had just picked up "Macy" the day before...Could it be a sign?  LOL...

Well, I don't believe in "fortunes" even if I like what it says...I do believe in my GOD and HE and only HE can "make" things happen only for  HIS Glory!! Now that's truth!  Thank you LORD JESUS for allowing a perfect evening with perfect friends...

Seriously, I can't even stand how blessed I am...Not only to get birthday wishes from people I'm in contact with on a regular basis, but to get birthday wishes from friends I haven't seen in 25+ years...WOW, WOW, WOW!! When I came home from a fabulous day with my family and saw alllll those Facebook messages, I couldn't believe it....75 OF THEM to be exact... I counted them because I wanted to make sure I didn't forget anyone...I'm praising the LORD for each and every one of you!! I pray you all read my blog post and received this thank you, I'm truly humbled....

I wanted to share my most fabulous day with you....Here is how it all started...I woke up to go on my morning run with my fab friend Lisa, and this is what I walked outside to:

So fab Lisa and her family came to my house the night before with her kids and chalked my driveway & tagged up my Tahoe...She also left me those lovely flowers...Blessing.....

Next, my mother-in-law came over to bless me with a gift...Along with some cash!! Yay! Movie money...

 Sooo Sweet....

Then, I go to Beautifuls house and this is what she has waiting for me...Who does that?  Only my sweet, sweet, loving, gorgeous, sexy pregnant friend, with her 4th child I might add!!!...4th kid on the way, and IIII get a cake for my birthday....Super-MOM!! 

Love it!!!

I did school my kids today, but it was not very productive...I had a lot of pleasant interruptions...I decided to stop because I was getting frustrated trying to finish, so I decided it's time to party instead...I saved the best pictures for last,  because these ones are my most favorite people in the world...I know the grammar is a little twisted in the last sentence, but it makes sense to me...LOL....The best present anyone could ask for, time with my family!! And a dang good time...We just bust up in our own little world...Some people might say we are weird at what gets us going, but I call it LOVE!!! We had dinner at Olive Garden then went to a movie...Awesome, awesome, time...Thank you JESUS for my blessings!!!!
