I love this picture...Not for the quality of the picture of course, but the meaning behind it...So classic...If I knew what I was doing, I think this would have been a great shot!  At the time, I was trying to get really candid shots, but I struggled with my camera and I refused at the time, to put it on "auto" so I just kept shooting pictures...What I love is, when I do get better I will be able to enhance these photos well enough for it to look like I didn't use crayon to make a cloudy blue sky...Ha!  I also could not figure out how to lighten my husbands face...The tool I used didn't lighten it enough...It was fun trying though...

It's so sweet how my boys are always willing to help...It blesses me so much that no matter what they are doing they will keep watch on these little ones that come to us...Even though Damia finally "tamed down" she still really doesn't like to be put down at times...When I am be-boppin around the house trying to get things ready to leave, and don't want her to cry, my boys come to the rescue! You can tell they don't mind...Oh, Jesus protect their sweet hearts from breaking when these little ones have to leave...

The Lord answered my prayer! Remember Damia (meaning: To Tame) Well, that is exactly what the LORD did for us! Praises to JESUS...Gosh, I think right after I wrote May 23rd post asking for prayer, is when the screaming went from 80% screaming & crying to a 20%...Now, Damia doesn't cry as much...She seems to be adjusting to our family well...She does cry of course, but just like any other 8 month old...She has been a sweet blessing to our family...Seeing her cry for 4 days straight and not ONE smile, broke my heart...The next day it was laughing, smiling, etc...A normal 8 month old little girl...And here she is at bath-time, loving every minute...

It doesn't get any Fab than this...Ha!

A Willow Tree Sculpture, never heard of it until I received it from my sweet friend...I love it!! I don't do collectibles, but when she gave it to me and her thoughts behind it, it melted my heart..."New Life" is the name of the sculpture and each sculpture is hand painted by the artist...Pretty neat!

I also have to say I think the picture quality is pretty good too...I had a lot of fun using my clone tool again...My table looked like it had dust on it (probably did..Ha!) and I used my cloning tool to wipe it away! Yay, for cloning, yay for my sweet friend who gave it to me and, yay for my beautiful sculpture and the new life the LORD will bring us :)

I call them my little Ba Ba Dee Dee's...Say it fast...Ba Ba Dee Dee...Little boys are Ba Ba Da Da's...I don't know where I get these little nicknames from...I think it's a New York Italian thing! I've always came up with funny nicknames for my kids, and my friends kids for that matter...The funny thing is, my friends get the ring that it has to it and continues to call them that...Ha!

As you can see I chose a more fitting font for my collage...Looks a bit child-like
doesn't it? I thought it was a pretty good representation of what my photos look
like...Ha! Yes, I am trying to get the hang of it...I think my younger son ran 20x times back and forth before I could get something of what I was trying to copy from a photographer that spelled out how to do this...Maybe he had a better camera...Ha! The other 2 pictures are "eh" and "eh" again...

Who's the real Indiana Jones? You decide...I'm undecided...They both have a similarity to the one and only archaeologist/college professor, that can leap tall buildings in a single bound! Did I say that right?  We had a pretty cool time hanging out with some friend's at a BBQ with best homemade burgers I've ever tasted... The best part about this night was watching my son pretty much beat everyone in monopoly, Indiana Jones series monopoly that is...Good times!
